Shipping & Damage Policy

Current production turnaround: 10–14 business days. Shipping time is additional.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Your order, original file and crop must be ready for printing. Staff review happens before production; we’ll contact you if anything needs clarification. No image edits are applied without your approval.

If we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we’ll contact you with a revised estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

Packaging & unpacking

Packaging requirements depend on the print size and mounting option. Inspect the outer carton and photograph visible damage before unpacking. Keep the carton, shipping label, and all protective packaging until you have inspected your print.

Shipping & tracking

Shipping is calculated for your print sizes, quantities and destination. Required crating is included, plus a $10 shipping and handling fee per order. Applicable tax is separate. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is additional to production time. Once marked shipped, your order’s tracking number links to the selected carrier’s updates in your account and shipment email.

If your print arrives damaged

  1. Report damage within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the print, outer carton, shipping label, and protective packaging.
  3. Keep the print and packaging while we review the claim. Wait for instructions before returning anything.

After review and approval, we’ll replace a print damaged in transit at no charge, including replacement shipping.

Other returns or changes

Contact the studio with your order number before returning a custom print or requesting a change. This transit-damage policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law. Review your crop and print options in the studio. Final shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout.
