Where do you ship?

We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Orders outside these destinations are not supported.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping uses the supplier charge for the print sizes, quantities and destination state, including required crating, plus $10 handling per order. Applicable tax is additional.

Can I add hanging wire to Frame Mount?

Yes. Hanging wire is $7 per print for Frame Mount. It is also available for Tuxedo Mount, Edge Mount and Floater Frame. It is unavailable for No Mount, Box Mount and Standoff Mount.

Which photo files can I use?

Use an original JPEG or PNG up to 40 MB and 120 megapixels. The studio checks resolution after cropping and recommends at least 150 pixels per inch.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. Custom sizes use whole inches, with a short side from 8 to 48 inches and a long side up to 96 inches. The studio displays compatible mounts for the dimensions.

Does the preview show the exact printed color?

The preview illustrates your crop and proportions. It does not simulate physical surface reflections and is not a color proof.

What should I do if a print arrives damaged?

Report transit damage within seven days with photographs of the print and packaging, and retain the packaging. Approved replacements include replacement shipping at no charge. See the shipping and damage policy.
